Established in 1972 by the local chapter of Delta Theta Sigma sorority, Delta Art Center has featured internationally known artists including Charles Alston, Romare Bearden, Elizabeth Catlett, Malvin Gray Johnson, Lois Mailou Jones, Hughie Lee-Smith, and John Wilson
