About
The Katharine Brasserie & Bar will host a five-course wine dinner in partnership with Raffaldini Vineyards & Winery on Sunday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the restaurant's Supper Series. Raffaldini Vineyards, nestled in the rolling foothills of the Swan Creek Wine Appellation within the Yadkin Valley, is known widely as "Chianti in the Carolinas," producing only classically dry Italian style wines. The five-course menu features focaccia and arancini filled with North Carolina lump crab, tonno crudo with Yellowfin tuna, braised short rib lasagna, red wine braised pork belly with mascarpone polenta, and a formaggio course from Goat Lady Dairy — each course paired with a Raffaldini wine. The cost is $110 per person, not including taxes or gratuity. Reservations are available on OpenTable or at katharinebrasserie.com under the Special Events tab. Seating is limited.
