HYPNOTIC TECHNO YOGAA live music + movement experience

Join yoga teacher Allie Labate and electronic musician Louie Labate (aka Medisynth) for a one-of-a-kind Hypnotic Techno Yoga experience—where breath, movement, and sound merge into a shared flow state.

This 90-minute practice begins slow and intentionally, inviting you to settle into your body and sync with the rhythm of your breath. As the music builds into hypnotic techno grooves, you’ll move through a playful yoga flow designed to reconnect body, mind, and soul.

After class, we'll stay and unwind together with light bites, tea, and non-alcoholic bevies.
