Set at Acadia Foods, a cozy coffee bar and café, the performance blends evocative poetry with the warmth, sophistication, and improvisational spirit of jazz, creating a dialogue between language and sound. The Dave Fox Group provides a musical backdrop, with original jazz compositions that complement and inspire Aubrey’s powerful spoken word performances. In keeping with the theme, wine and other beverages will be offered for sale.
