Enjoy an Intro-SUP lesson on Salem Lake
Join us soon for this incredibly fun 1.75 hour introductory-SUP lesson & paddle-tour minutes from downtown Winston-Salem. This session provides methodical SUP coaching for you to learn (or polish) a new skill(s), while also enjoying some Triad lake life. Even if you have “some” SUP experience, you will likely learn new SUP insights during this basic Paddle Fit SUP class. If you listen to your instructor you won’t get wet (unless you want to). Equipment is always included.
Learn the methods of loading, floating, and other basic paddling techniques while enjoying the great outdoors.
