A Women's Circle for all ages and stages. We gather to nourish ourselves and each other through somatic practice, breath, voice, nervous system care, sharing our stories and fire songs. This gathering calls on ancestral wisdom and the shared knowing that lives in our bodies, our stories, and our lineages. We sit together in sisterhood and solidarity, honoring the thresholds we cross throughout our lives — the subtle and the profound — and the way these passages shape us in community.
