Lotus Yoga Academy is a brand new yoga studio and Registered Yoga School through the Yoga Alliance. We are located at the Innovation Quarter in Winston-Salem, NC. Our classes range from beginner to experienced, with everything in between. From Ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and yoga basics, we’ve got a variety of great offerings from some of the areas premier teachers.
