About
Elizabeth Sawyer Kelly’s watercolor paintings cover a broad range of subject matter and are a result of her keen observation and, occasionally, her quirky sense of humor. Through her painting she celebrates that which gives meaning, sustenance, and nurture to the human spirit with bold color and a love of detail and pattern.
Mona Wu’s large linocut prints grew out of her fascination with the tall, stately tree silhouettes visible from the windows of her new home. From those impressions, she expanded the work into imagined collage scenes. She dedicates this series, "Ode to Trees," as a humble tribute to the grandeur of nature’s creation.
