Winston-salem, nC (July 15, 2025)—The Katharine Brasserie & Bar, part of the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel in the historic R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company building in downtown Winston-Salem, will continue its Supper Series by partnering with Broad Branch Distillery for a special meal on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $95 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Supper will begin with a Goat Lady Dairy farmer’s cheese crostini featuring pickled blueberry, roasted fennel, honey, and mint served with a Smashing Violet Spritz. The dinner will continue with grilled Moroccan salmon served with couscous, chickpeas, cucumber, sultanas, and butter lettuce paired with an “Isn’t That Peachy” Old Fashioned. Also featured will be an applewood smoked prime rib slider on brioche with heirloom tomato, arugula, onion jam, and horseradish gremolata served with Wood Exploration Rye Fidelity 2014. Dessert will be pecan pie with black pepper caramel, cream cheese, and dried apple paired with Apple Rye Supercollider 2013.
