Step into a world of shifting perception as the UNCSA School of Design & Production presents Photona: In Flux, an immersive lighting and media showcase created by the senior lighting class of 2027.

Using state-of-the-art lighting, video and audio technology, students transform space into an interactive experience featuring dynamic performance pieces, an experiential lobby installation and a Q&A with the creative teams. This year’s theme, In Flux, explores change and transformation, highlighting the power of light to reshape how we see and experience reality.

Photona is a free event open to the public across three showcase performances, with the Friday evening performance geared toward campus and local high school audiences.

Please note that strobing lights, lasers and atmospheric effects will be used.
