This free event is your opportunity to explore a variety of wellness offerings, meet local experts and brands, and learn simple ways to support your body, reduce stress, and feel your best. Whether you’re new to wellness or already on your journey, this is a welcoming space to discover, connect, and be inspired. 

What Attendees Need to Know

• 📅 Date: Saturday, May 2
• ⏰ Time: Drop in anytime between 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Stay for sound bath at 5:00 PM. Open House Saunas + Cold Plunge 2:00 - 5:00 PM (Bring a swimsuit if you want to plunge)
• 📍 Location: 901 N Trade St, Winston Junction (back area of Pure Sweat)
• 🎟️ Cost: Free to attend
