Wake Forest University’s Face to Face Speaker Forum brings world-class speakers to Winston-Salem on an annual basis. The events in each season cover a variety of topics, including political affairs, arts and culture, innovation and business, and social justice and global issues. On February 25, 2027, Face to Face will present José Andrés at Wait Chapel. A chef and humanitarian who was twice named one of “Time Magazine’s” list of 100 Most Influential People, he is an Emmy Award-winning television personality and founder of World Central Kitchen, an organization that is often first to arrive and begin working on the frontlines to provide meals in response to humanitarian, climate and community crises.
