Yoga + Community = YOGA-mmunity at Foothills Tasting Room.

Held each Saturday in the winter, these 1 hour, all-levels Yoga and Mobility Class followed by community, connection and conversation with old friends and new friends.

$12 for yoga + a beverage (non-alcoholic available)
Beginners welcome and encouraged.

What to bring:
•A mat (I have a few extras if needed)
•Water (especially when it's hot)
•An open mind
•Your authentically beautiful self
