Having a long history in hospitality, we wanted to build a cocktail bar with an elevated and modern feel. Tie that in with a love of greenery and you get The Dutch Light!

The Dutch Light menu features a wide variety of libations paired perfectly with herbs sourced for our own hydroponic farm. Inspired by the freshness of a greenhouse, our cocktails are crafted to be bright, bold, and delicious! Our Seasonal Menu will change throughout the year to highlight the flavors of the moment. While our Staples Menu will be a safe place to come back to for all your never-changing favorites.
