Flour Box Tea Room is more than a place—it’s a feeling of being right where you belong. Founded by Milla, whose love for tea rooms began during her time in Wetherby, England, the Flour Box journey started in a small Winston-Salem bakery. After years of refining her craft, Milla opened the first Flour Box Tea Room & Café in Old Salem, where her passion truly found its home.


As the community’s love for her savories and sweets grew, so did the need for space. The tea room eventually moved to Kernersville, now expanding into two suites off NC Hwy 66. Milla continues to explore new recipes and create a welcoming atmosphere where every visitor can pause, relax, and feel—if only for a moment—that they’re exactly where they need to be.
