Heff’s Burger Club is the brainchild of Heather and Justin Webster, Winston Salem locals with two decades of industry experience between them.


2023 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist, Heff’s Burger Club focuses on using locally and ethically sourced ingredients, such as grass-fed angus beef from Joyce Farms in Clemmons, or artisanal buns from Annie’s Bakery in Asheville.


The pair believe that great food should be accessible to everyone regardless of social status, this sentiment is mirrored in their motto "Fine Food. No Fuss."
