Pleasants Provisions, a new downtown restaurant and market concept, is now open on Fourth Street. The space pairs a comfort-driven, chef-led menu with a thoughtfully stocked market featuring Southeast Asian inspired dishes with bold flavors, along with local produce, cheeses, beer and wine, pantry staples, and ready-made meals.
