Built on quality, authenticity, and intentional craftsmanship, Viva Barista Cafe offers premium, ethically sourced coffee. Run by 18-year-old Ricky Hidalgo, a Reagan High School graduate, who honed his expertise through hands-on learning, earning Professional Barista and Intermediate Coffee Roaster certifications from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). In El Salvador, he worked directly with coffee growers to gain firsthand knowledge of cultivation, processing, and the cultural roots of specialty coffee.
