Just west of Winston-Salem, Clemmons and Lewisville sit side by side yet feel distinctly different when it comes to dining. Clemmons is more built out, blending well-known favorites with a growing list of locally owned restaurants, while Lewisville has intentionally stayed smaller and more independent, with dining rooted in longtime local favorites. Together, they offer a well-rounded food scene that moves easily from quick bites and bakeries to relaxed sit-down spots and special-occasion meals.

Dairi-O (Clemmons)
A Winston-Salem–born drive-in favorite, Dairi-O is known for juicy burgers, chili dogs, fries, and hand-spun milkshakes. Fast counter service, nostalgic vibes, and a family-friendly menu make it a reliable stop for quick, comforting eats.

Chang Thai (Clemmons)

Great Wagon Road Coffee (Lewisville)

Inside, you’ll also spot an authentic Nissen Wagon—an old-time freight wagon tied to the region’s Great Wagon Road history and Lewisville’s early settlement.
