Crusty, artisanal bread served with high-quality olive oil, fresh herbs, & flaky salt - a celebration of simplicity & ingredient integrity.

Antipasto
Learn how to build a balanced antipasto spread featuring cheeses, cured meats, briny vegetables, & crunchy elements. Resulting in a harmonious & visually stunning presentation you can recreate at home!

Berry Sorbetto
A bright, blended frozen fruit sorbetto to cleanse the palate before dinner. It's light, refreshing, & effortlessly elegant.

The Sip

We’ll explore the world of Italian amaros & digestifs with special attention to the iconic Aperol Spritz - its history, flavor profile, & why it has become a global symbol of aperitivo culture.
