The West Salem Art Hotel and community partners will bring the Ghoul Moon Festival to the historic two-acre grounds surrounding the Art Hotel and West Salem Public House. This interactive Halloween arts and music festival brings together local artists, makers, vintage vendors, performers and nonprofit organizations for an evening of creative—and slightly spooky—community fun. NCMA Winston-Salem is partnering with festival organizers to present live music throughout the event.

Additional highlights include visual and performing art demonstrations, costume contests, food vendors, beer and other beverages, a kid-friendly Ghoul Moon Maze and more family-friendly activities. Beginning in the late afternoon, the six-hour festival continues after dark beneath colorful string lights in the heart of the West Salem neighborhood.

The Ghoul Moon Festival takes place Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, from 4–10 p.m. along the Albert and Green streets block in West Salem, just south of downtown Winston-Salem. Admission is free.
