About
This exhibition is a long adventurous journey of exploring nature, beauty, balance, light and dark, textures, patterns and surfaces. Peeling away layers over time has left her with the freedom to discover, explore, imagine and expand. With her love for painting and having no fear, she bares her soul to the world, dropping seeds, ideas, love and hope for others.
Leslie’s work is an exploration of her love for the outdoors, geometry, color and surface of the canvas. Her work is in many regional corporations and private collections. Her love for green spaces is her main inspiration for subject matter and the materials used in the creative process add to the style and energy one sees in her paintings.
Leslie Karpinski received her BFA and MFA from the Painting and Drawing department at East Carolina University. She has worked with many organizations, non-profits, various populations to foster creativity and instruction to others. Her goal is to evoke the feelings of spontaneity and energy, influenced by her respect for all the natural beauty around us.
