Celebrate St. Valentine’s Day at Körner’s Folly, the whimsical Victorian home of Jule Körner and his family!
Enjoy a self-guided tour of the 22-room historic house paired with a Valentine-themed scavenger hunt and special collection displays, including Jule Körner’s first Valentine to his wife Alice and Valentine cards Doré Körner received during her European travels. Listen to Romantic-era music throughout the home, while wandering the rooms which inspired romantic ideals.
After your tour, create your own Valentine and a “tussie-mussie” bouquet inspired by Victorian floriography in the John & Bobbie Wolfe Visitors Center Community Room.
Visitors are encouraged to bring a photo of a loved one, such as a family member or pet, to use in their artwork. While working on your valentine or bouquet, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and sweet treats to complement your visit.
All activities and special displays are included with admission making this a charming and memorable way to celebrate the holiday with the ones you love.
